Group exhibition - Splashes
From 06/29/2012 to 08/02/2012 (extended until 8/9/2012)

Location: European Center - Curitiba, Paraná

The European Center in Curitiba hosted the Splashes photographic exhibition, produced by photographers who participated in the workshop by Tony Generic, one of the great specialists in splashes, a high-speed photography technique.

“Splash, in the English language, is an onomatopoeia for the sound of the impact of a liquid. This impact can be between a solid and a liquid or even between two liquids. The charm of photographing a natural splash is in its unique and surprising character, as no two splashes are identical in nature. Furthermore, making visible to men what is invisible in nature, through a special technique, has its magical character”, explains Tony.

“I was very happy with the invitation from the European Center to give our first splash workshop. It was even happier to interact with a very special group, which soon after revealed itself to be determined and creative, achieving unprecedented solutions, which inspired this exhibition”, completes the professional.
